What is a SuperAudience?

An audience of custom built user-groups that are super relevant, and most importantly, more receptive. That means the media spend goes further, and engagement relevance is improved. A deeper analysis of Twitter’s data archive to selectively target more relevant audiences.

How are SuperAudiences created?

SuperAudiences are built using behavioural analytics. That means we look at all the users Twitter activity and based on that activity, we are able to segment them into various audience categories.
We take a sample from people we are sure belong to a certain group, for examples thanks to their description in their bio or tweets. Based on the following behaviour of these sample accounts we create an algorithm with which we can find other individuals that match this following behaviour. Before creating the SuperAudience, we can provide you with an audience estimation and sample accounts for you to verify whether this is the type of accounts you are looking for.

Where do you get your data from?

Twitter & Twitter only. We never use any data from 3rd parties, only the information we receive directly from the Twitter API.

How can I request a SuperAudience?

How long does it take to build an Audience?

We need a lead time of about 5 business days.

What does it cost?

We keep things simple with flat fee pricing. We’re very cost effective and likely less than what you are paying for audiences currently + we don’t take a cut of ad-spend. 

When should I use a SuperAudience?

SuperAudiences add value to all types of targeting, no matter if targeting big audiences or focusing on niche audiences. We always make the audience you want to reach more relevant. 

What is the difference between standard native targeting and the way of targeting that you offer?

Standard native targeting uses keywords, look-a-like accounts and interests in order to find accounts of people within your target group. This will result in a broad target group and the actual accounts that you would like to receive your advertisements cannot be controlled. Since we put actual existing accounts in a tailor made audience for you, there is this control to whom your advertisement will be sent. We go a step further by targeting in a way that was not possible before, for example job title targeting.

How are you different then other Audience providers?

Our solution has been built around the Twitter platform. We are not dependent on 3rd party data to match what's available on Twitter. Therefore we are able to find audience segments in Twitter in a more relevant and often, larger fashion, which means we help you reach your audience to its fullest potential!

Are we GDPR and CCPA compliant?

Yes, we are. Our SuperAudience product has been fully vetted by external legal counsel and deemed to be GDPR compliant. The data we use is publicly available and comes straight from Twitter’s APIs, we are not a third party data provider.
