We are searching for a Senior Account Manager with 4-6 years’ experience who can help us focus on our client needs across all departments within the company. As main point of contact for one of our biggest client, we aim to build long term customer and company relationships to ultimately generate revenue for our client and our organization.

If you are proactive and passionate about technology and the digital industry you will love working with us. You will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with our contacts, always striving to best fit the individual needs of the client. You also aid in internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identifying industry trends.

About you

As account manager you are to ensure that clients’ needs are understood and satisfied. You will build and manage client relationships, collect information, and ensure that company offerings meet the individual needs of clients.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for one-two key accounts of SocialDatabase.
  • See growth opportunities on the accounts and develop strategic proposals with the Paid Social team.
  • Responsible for management, and quality control of multiple campaigns.
  • Show clear leadership skills.
  • Review campaign performance and ensure to achieve the set KPIs.
  • Ensure optimal communication within the project teams at all stages of the campaign.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements of internal processes and efficiencies across teams and project team members.
  • Build strong relationships with clients.
  • Be responsible for the financial requirements of your running campaigns.
  • Unlock new opportunities with our major clients.

Skills and background

  • 4- 6 years of work experience as an Account Manager at a marketing or advertising agency in a creative, dynamic and digital environment.
  • Affinity with digital marketing/advertising and/or social media marketing.
  • Strong with driving operational excellence, and work most effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and high levels of accuracy.
  • Strong hands-on and can-do mentality.
  • A strong personality who is able to work autonomously.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, other languages are a plus.
